View Foreword Pages That Introduce The Comic Series. |

| Every time there is a premiere issue (#1) or a new series, the publisher (in our case) Matt Groening will introduce the comic with a somewhat hilarious opening. This might be to explain the comic or to tell you the creators thoughts on how they came to produce such a series. Also, a foreword page will usually appear on milestone issues such as Simpsons Comics #50 or Simpsons Comics #100. Again, they are there to explain their achievement for reaching such a breakthrough number and to share there thoughts and feelings with us, the reader. They also get the chance to thank all the people that have worked with them over the many issues they have worked on to achieve that landmark number, which is sometimes located at the end of the comic.
