Why we deliver



We do not allow customer pick up because we feel that by providing this service we can provide a much more enjoyable experience. You don’t have to worry about how you are going to pick it up, having the man power to move it (each weigh over 400lbs), making sure everything works properly, getting it back on time, and that set up goes smoothly without any damages. As a previous renter of several bounces we can say that if we had the option of free delivery we would have chosen that route after the first rental.

Reservations



A $50 deposit per bounce is required to hold your reservation. At the time you call or email your date, we will ask that you send a check for the deposit and when it clears we will call or email your confirmation. We will hold the date for you for two weeks to allow for the check to arrive and clear. You do have the option of paying in full at that time as well. The balance of your rental is due at the delivery, in cash only. If paying by check please pay the full amount 5 business days prior to the event. Please be sure to read our Cancellation and Rain Check policy before you make any payments. $25 return check fee

Cancellations



$50 deposit per bounce and any that you put towards the rental will be refunded in full only if cancellation is received 14 days prior to your event.

Rain checks



We will not set up in rain, snow, high wind, or in muddy conditions. In the event of the possibility of bad weather you may call 2 hours prior to your event and ask for a rain check. This will allow you to use your $50 deposit per bounce for another day available. If you choose to have us deliver and we are unable to set up due to bad weather you will lose your deposit. Once the bounces are set up, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable, even if the event is cut short due to bad weather.
