Phone/Email response timeWe are devoted to customer service and returning your phone calls is a major priority of ours. As a family side business we ask that you understand that we work full time jobs and we will not be immediately available during the weekdays from 9am-5pm. We do however make every effort to return your calls during our lunch hours and after we arrive home at 5pm to ensure a prompt response time. Please rest assured that our business processes are solid and we will return your call and have your event scheduled for a prompt, worry free delivery no matter how large your event may be.
