Tomasz is a local historian, journalist, writer and collector of pre-war postcards.
He was born in Olsztyn (Poland). He earned his Master Degree in literature from the WARSAW University in 1981.
During martial law in Poland he was arrested in imprisoned for taking part in the Solidarity movement.
Tomasz authored several books and 150 articles published in various magazines and periodicals:
- Ludwik Zamenhof, Bialystok 1987; in Polish.
